You can guarantee that when entering our home you’ll immediately inhale the sweet aroma of emerald green or the stout aroma of earl grey. Most days we skip the coffee and opt for a warm cup of tea.
There is much more to tea time than flavors & gossip. Tea is packed with healthy goodies. Researchers have even found that some teas may prevent cancer, heart disease, diabetes, anxiety, depression and even weight loss to name a few.

- Black Tea ~ This tea is made with fermented tea leaves and has the highest caffeine content. Studies have shown that black tea may provide beneficial protection of the lungs and may reduce stroke.
- White Tea ~ The white tea is uncured and unfermented and researchers believe this tea has the most anticancer properties.
- Green Tea ~ Green Tea is made with steamed tea leaves. Researchers have studied the antioxidants in green tea. They believe green tea helps with interfere with the growth of cancer, burns fat and lowers cholesterol.
- Oolong Tea ~ This tea is my favorite! Oolong is heavily marketed as a weight loss tea. This tea has been proven to lower cholesterol in studies.
