Join us for a free community evening at El Progreso Memorial Library. Meet the neighbors featured in Cactus & Mimosas Magazine as they share powerful parts of their stories. Enjoy a relaxed night of conversation, Q&A, and light refreshments as these voices come alive in the heart of our community.

Location: El Progresso Memorial Library 301 W Main Street Uvalde, Texas

Celebrate creativity at our all-ages exhibition and contest, where little artists and seasoned creators showcase their talent. Hosted by Small Town Elegance and sponsored by Cactus & Mimosas Magazine, this free community event includes complimentary food and drinks. Join us on Thursday, November 14, during Four Square Friday from 6–9 PM for an inspiring evening of art, culture and connection.
